Abhyas is founded on the ancient Rishi tradition and the tenets of the Guru–Shishya Paramāparā. We do not merely teach techniques; we transmit a way of living where body and mind move as one.
Ayurveda gives us the map of our nature; Yoga gives us the practice to live by it. Together they form a complete science of health — ancient, tested, and quietly radical in a restless world.
